Volume is not the goal
A common mistake is submitting everything. Three thousand pages does not get read, and it can make a bundle harder to assess rather than easier. A more useful approach is a representative sample: for example, a week or two from each month across the relationship, with the date range stated clearly, plus the full export retained in case more is requested.
How to prepare it
1. Export the full history first

2. Produce dated, paginated PDFs

3. Include a short index
A single page listing what each PDF covers makes the bundle far easier to work through, and costs you five minutes.
4. Do not edit anything
Do not remove arguments, redact ordinary content, or retype messages. An obviously curated log raises exactly the doubt you are trying to remove.
